Fee invoices are due to be paid by the 1st of the month and are issued at least two weeks before this date, to enable prompt payment. Payment is accepted by BACS and/or Child Care Vouchers, provided payment is received by the deadline. We also accept government funding from the term after your child is 3 years.

A standard charge of £30.00 will be automatically added to fees not paid by the 1st of the month. A charge of £10.00 per 10 minutes ‘ late collection charge’ will be levied to your next invoice if your child is collected after 1p.m, 4pm or 6p.m A £2 per week charge is made for children aged 2 to 5 years for the dancing class on a Wednesday morning. We are able to offer a discount for siblings. The discount is for the eldest child and continues until they leave.

We are open for 51 weeks of the year, Monday to Friday 8am – 6pm.
We close between Christmas and the New Year and all Bank Holidays.
Although we do not stipulate that your child/ren must attend a minimum number of sessions or days we do recommend that at least 2 is more beneficial to your child/ren.

Fees include breakfast before 8:45am and a mid morning & mid afternoon snack, a hot cooked lunch and a buffet style tea – any special dietary requirements are catered for with prior notice.
